A friend of mine fell down some stairs at work the other day and broke his ankle. Obviously, he went straight to hospital and his lower leg was completely encased in plaster. Obviously this whole incident was incredibly distressing for him and I told him to immediately get in touch with a solicitor who specialised in Industrial Injury Claims. Obviously, the fact that he injured himself so badly means that he needs to find someone who is totally used to processing Industrial Injury Claims so that he can get the maximum compensation that he is entitled to. At first my friend was reluctant to do this as he felt that he would not be able to claim for his accident. However, I strongly urged him to change his mind and said that every company would expect Industrial Injury Claims if an employee was injured on their premises. He soon realised that I was right and he decided to contact a firm of solicitors that a friend had recommended to him. I hope that he gets compensated fairly as he has really suffered through this injury and will continue to do so for some time.
